How do I make a complaint?
If you have an issue or complaint, the best way is to contact us via email: help@harbour.fi.
Alternatively, you can contact the Complaints team directly at: complaints@harbour.fi.
Once we have received your complaint we will acknowledge this via email. We'll be in touch within five business days to try to resolve your complaint. If we can't do it in this timeframe we will let you know.
Please note that we're typically allowed up to 15 business days (or in some exceptional circumstances, up to 35 business days) to investigate your complaint and issue a 'final response' and next steps.
