What is the Magic Ramp?
Harbour’s Magic Ramp allows you to on-and-off ramp from EUR in your bank account to Stablecoins in your Web 3 Wallet instantly with a simple transfer.
Transactions usually complete in ~ 1 minute and our fees are much lower than market alternatives. (As low as 0.50% of the transaction value).
What is a “Magic IBAN”?
Every Magic Ramp customer gets their own unique Euro IBAN. This is an IBAN in your name used for all on-ramp transactions. Whenever you transfer Euro to your Magic IBAN, you will magically receive the converted amount of Stablecoins on your Wallet.
Which Banks does the Magic Ramp work with?
On-and-off ramping with the Magic Ramp works for ramping to and from any bank account in your name, which supports SEPA or SEPA instant payments in the EEA.
Please do not attempt or permit others to send a payment to your Magic IBAN from an account which is not in your name. Any transfers received from accounts not in your name, will be returned to the sender.

Once we have received your complaint we will acknowledge this via email. We'll be in touch within five business days to try to resolve your complaint. If we can't do it in this timeframe we will let you know.
Please note that we're typically allowed up to 15 business days (or in some exceptional circumstances, up to 35 business days) to investigate your complaint and issue a 'final response' and next steps.
